Can’t go from ios 13.1 beta to the official ios 13

So the official ios 13 software came out today while I currently have the 13.1 beta on my phone, is it possible to go from 13.1 to 13?

Do I need to switch from Beta iOS 17 to iOS 17? I've been running the latest version of the public beta iOS 17 now that the new iOS is out?
