Hi. I have trouble accessing Apple Arcade on my Apple TV. It is updated with the latest tvOS and I already subscribed to Apple Arcade from my iPhone (where I have already played some games) but in the Apple TV only the ad appears again and again. I can‘t download any game nor see them. I have reviewed my Apple ID and everything seems to be in order. Any suggestions?
the latests appletv os required have not been released yet, prior to that release you will not be able to use apple arcade on your appletv

I’m having the same issue. I have my apple4k Tv on iOStv 13. So idk why it isn’t working. Maybe another version will be updated to allow Apple TV users to use arcade.
since since it has not been released yet and not all beta users was allowed to test it, that is the likely explanation
I have the same problem and it’s making me crazy. Just setup the trial on my phone. Open arcade app on Apple TV. “Try for free” is presented. I click that. Get a message you are already subscribed. No way to actually play the stupid games on the Apple TV right now. Also having problems with the Apple TV setting up airplay 2- Apple TV shows the screen to enable Bluetooth on your phone and wait, but nothing happens. I’m on the same network and signed in on the same iCloud. Latest iOS versions on both phone and Apple TV. Extremely frustrated this isn’t working.
