Does Facetime takes up iPhone Storage?

If you call with facetime and at the end of the call it says you have used a certain amount of MB does that affect your iPhone Storage?

So for example, you have 25 MB of storage on your iPhone and you facetime someone and at the end of the call it says 3 MB was used, is the iPhone storage going to be 22MB?
