Deleting the beta profile is just a part of what you must do.

To update you should first unroll from the beta by going into settings and deleting the beta profile. You can do this by going into general, scrolling all the way down, clicking "Profile" and selecting iOS 13 Beta then click "Remove". You'll be prompted to enter your passcode, enter it then when new updates roll out, you should be able to update.
