i bought a macbook air with free beats but i only got the beats and the macbook still has not come yet

I bought a macbook air that came with free beats and only the beats came . Everyday when i track my shipment it says its going to come on that day. But then it doesn't come and it says “schedule delivery pending” I even called apple support the lady from apple even called fed ex while i was on the phone. They then called the warehouse and they said it was going to come today and it still hasn't come. At this point im getting frustrated. I started college like 2 weeks ago and i need my laptop already ! What do i do?
