Icon at favourites are bigger than usual

Hi,

I've set my Safari to open new windows and tabs with favourites and suddenly the icons at favourites are bigger than usual. This happened after I've tried to settle the VPN Connection issue by restarting in Safe Mode.

Is there a way to decrease the icon size?

Safari lower notifications bar? When inside a website and chose different tabs for that website, and it drags, I see the spinning mark up on the tab bar, but is there any way to see what exactly is trying to load on Safari? On Chrome in lower part of window it shows what is trying to load, like: "waiting for xxxxx" etc..but all I see is spinning mark on Safari.
