If it's an iTunes code : Redeem digital copies of DVDs or Blu-rays in the iTunes Store or Apple TV app - Apple Support or Redeem App Store & iTunes Gift Cards and content codes - Apple Support

I tried to redeem it in the store (it is an apple code), but I get a message that they couldn't "charge" my card for some reason... I have a code for a movie that I purchased but there is no where to enter it to redeem. I purchased a movie that came with a digital code but there is nowhere to enter it. I do not have any Apple equipment.

redeem digital code whenever someone asks how to redeem a digital copy of a movie people ignore the question and direct them to gift card instructions why dont you realize they are two different things I purchased a movie and it came with a code that can be redeemed for a digital copy , supposedely at itunes.com/redeem but this doesnt work and remember...........this is NOT a giftcard
