Thanks for reaching out via the Apple Support Communities, REZGA_99,
If I understand your post, iCloud storage indicates it's taking up roughly 1.1GB of storage, even though you cannot find the data that is supposedly using the storage. I'm happy to help!
First, I would suggest signing into iCloud.com and verifying what is shown as being used under Account Settings. If the storage here is correct, try force closing any open apps (to makes sure nothing is trying to communicate with iCloud): How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, then restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
When you delete a file out of iCloud Drive, it's placed into a Recently Deleted folder for up to 30 days before it's permanently removed from your device and iCloud. This means the files will not show up in iCloud Drive directly, but would still take up iCloud storage. I recommend checking the Recently Deleted folder in the Files app on your iPhone next if you still see iCloud Drive taking up space. If you also use a Mac computer with iCloud, it's also important to make sure that there are no files in the Trash as well, as files deleted from iCloud Drive on the Mac go here.
Whether you use a Mac or not, I would also recommend deleting files under Settings > Advanced > Restore Files directly from iCloud.com using a web browser on a computer. You may want to archive or copy files from iCloud before completing this step if there is anything you do not want to lose. If this computer is a Mac, restart it once you've removed the files: How to turn your Mac on or off - Apple Support.
If the issue remains unresolved after this, please get in touch with Apple Support directly for additional assistance: Contact Apple Support.
Have a wonderful weekend!
