Memoji stickers in Whatsapp

this is something stupid about App Store detecting UPDATES. Just search Whatsapp on store, it’ll show “OPEN”, click on it, it’ll change to UPDATE! Update and thats it!

I had this issue I updated all my apps n stil it was sending as pics but I read here that you go into the App Store search for your watsapp and click on the app n it takes you to an update that worked for me

i'm having the same issue. all apps are updated, and currently running iOS 13.1.3 yet still only have white background with memoji as full image instead of memoji alone.

has any other thing worked besides updating?

Thank you! How silly is that! I have been searching for hours as to why my Memoji wouldn’t work as a sticker even though it appeared WhatsApp was up to date - then I saw this - it worked finally! Thank you 😊

I’m having the same issue as dianthe27....everything is updated and I still get photos instead of sticker Memoji and Imoji’s

On left swipe no memoji is available. It is available in messages.

Someone else above suggested going into the App Store finding WhatsApp and clicking on it (not the open button -but the WhatsApp page) the open button will then appear as update..update WhatsApp from there...this worked for me!
