Disabled

My account have been DIsabled from App Store and iTunes, can’t even download anything. I created it in United States, and i am currently in South Africa what can i do to enable it please need a help

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you need to call apple support. Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
