I am not getting ios 13 update on my ipad 6th generation

iOS 13 is not for iPads, iPads will be getting iPadOS when it's released next Tuesday : https://www.apple.com/ipados/

Some people get paranoid because the devices that they love have unexpected issues and they don’t have a strong knowledge on how to fix the unexpected issues, this is something which can be forgiven.

According to 1 of our Apple Community experts named BORg529,

the newest iPad iOS update is scheduled for next week on Tuesday, September 24, 2019.

Have the same problem too. iPad 5th generation.

The same answer applies, iPadOS isn't released until next Tuesday
