Missing pop3 email sent folder at IOS13

Hi Wouter. I understand the server bit. When the emails are downloaded to the iPhone they live in the inbox on the phone until physically deleted from the phone. So what I’m saying is that iOS 13 and 13.2 both wiped out the majority of my emails in my inbox on my phone.

Horrified by many of the unnecessary changes in IOS 13. This is just the latest I’ve discovered. Why Apple?? I’m seriously thinking of moving to Android where I can have a bit more control over changes.

Hi I have now noticed a new problem. My POP inbox on my iPhone X loses the oldest emails every day. When I go to my inbox and scroll down to the end, I only have a weeks worth of emails saved. Every day, as I download new emails, the oldest ones drop off never to be seen again. VERY frustrating. Anyone else with this problem?

I tried the fix above by going to Advanced settings, and it didn’t work.

I can’t afford to lose my new emails or iMessages if I go back to iTunes to restore 12.x which I had before going to 13.2.3. I don’t use iCloud.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Apple is on the verge of losing my business and personal use of their products. For the past 8-10 years, Apple software and hardware has been decreasing in quality year after year. It’s sad to see.

Same issue with Mail as everybody else on the 12 pages of Posts. Get your sh&$ together Apple!

None of these fixes worked for me, has Apple fixed this annoying POP e-mail sent folder missing problem with the new 13.4 update that came out today? I cannot get my sent folder to show up no matter how many times I try the steps outlined here, no matter how many times I delete and recreate the account. It is a Telus account in British Columbia Canada so it has to work somehow, worked under iOS 12

Thanks but I already tried all that as I noted in my post. I just want to know if 13.4 fixes this problem? I am so sceptical of installing these updates from Apple because the last ten updates caused nothing but problems for me, they broke more than they "fixed". What an awful iOS version this version 13 is

I have the same issue. I hope they fix it with tomorrow’s update.

I not only have the same problem, BUT my entire POP inbox was wiped out! I have a case logged with Apple. Hope they resolve it SOON!

Hi. I don’t even have an “all bins” folder.

Did you lose your historical inbox emails? I did, and they’re gone forever!

Also, this should be a level 3 issue!

Same problem here! No sent folder! All saved drafts gone! And emails mostly gone!!!

I only have the problem on the new 11 pro max (the 7Plus we have is fine). Bin now shows with 13.1 but still no sent view.
