Keyboard swiping settings

I’m unable tocenable the swipe function after updating to IOS 13 on my xs max 256GB. When I search for it in the searchbar within the settings app I can find it, but after I press on it I don’t get the keyboard settings I’m seeing online. Look at the pictures for a better idea. Can’t find anyone with the same solution online. Been looking forward to this function for a while, so I’m gutted..
