Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If you are still finding this an issue the best thing for you to do now would be to schedule an Apple support session either through the app
Apple Support on the App Store
or through the Apple support website
which should connect you to someone who works at Apple instead of someone from the community. After selecting the link above choose iPhone - Update, Backup & Restore - Topic not listed - type “Software” and you should get an option saying IOS update.

I’ve tried restarting my phone and i do have good wifi
i did try to use a different wifi but it was the same
