How to use Find My in iOS13

How to use the new Find My in iOS 13 to locate another Apple ID missing iPhone? At the latest version you could easily log out and login to Find My device using a different Apple ID?

Happily I can reply my own post as I got the solution, simply go to Find My > Me tab > Swipe up until you get Help a Friend > this will open a Safari page which allows iCloud find my device access using another account.

So this design is not the most desirable. Go to the account tab (or the tab to the most right on the bottom corner.) All the way at the bottom is something along the lines of help a friend. Click it and it will take you to the web where they have made the mobile layout better and easier to use. :) Let me know if you got lost anywhere.
