Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I wish this support group had folders organizing questions by topics.

I would love to have folders and subfolders, etc., with different topics to organize the support community. I would love a group for “Looking for apps” or “Is there an app for this” or “suggestions for apps”.

Also, this would help us more to help others. We could go to a specific topic that we know about and look at the questions and help them. Right now, how do I find other people’s questions to help them?

You can simply bookmark the forums you are interested in and browse the topics and/or subscribe to some users so you get a notification when they post something. Here is a site map to all the communities:

FWIW, this isn't a "group" as such; Apple provides and runs the site and makes it available for anyone to ask or answer a question.
