A red circle image comes up when I start my mac

A red circle image (see below) comes up when I start my mac, it usually is accompanied by a message about money. Anyone know what this is?

If you continue to see the behavior when starting your Mac, you can use this software to scan for adware or other potential causes: Malwarebytes
