Trading in & Chase Unlimited Rewards
How would I go about trading in my iPhone X and also using 17,331 points worth of cash-back on my Chase Unlimited rewards as well as a student discount to purchase the new iPhone 11 Pro?

I don't know the Chase Unlimited program but NFCU has something similiar. To use the points, I just turned them into dollars and credited them to my credit card account. From there, you should be able to use them on the Apple Store.
