How do i cancel a family member's app subscription?

A family member downloaded an app that's now charging my account weekly. Family member has no option in Settings for "Subscriptions" and so cannot cancel. As organizer of the family account, I cannot cancel. Unsure of how to proceed, anyone have this issue?
