iOS 13 update

I can’t update from iOS 12 to 13. When I press on download and install it nothing happens.

there is enough memory

more than 50% battery

Strong wifi connection

Can’t update my iPhone 6S Plus from iOS 13.2 to iOS 15.6 My iPhone currently has iOS 13.2 and I thought it was about time to update to iOS 15.6. Thing is, when I press download and install, it installs it nearly till the end and then stops. I then receive the message “Software Update Failed” without any further explanation. My phone is connected to the charger, the wifi connection is stable and I have enough space for it. Why isn’t it working?

Try updating through iTunes.
