I got my new iPhone 11 Pro today and previously I was using iPhone X (running iOS 13.1 beta). The iPhone 11 pro comes with iOS 13.0. To use my latest backup, I registered and upgraded my iPhone 11 through apple beta and then successfully recovered my data through iTunes. However, the live wallpaper just disappeared as shown in the picture.
Please fix this bug in the future. Thanks!

The reality is you are still using Beta Software. iOS 13.1 will be released to the public on the 24th.
If you plan to continue being a beta user, you have to expect some things to not work. And you really can't ask any questions here in the general forum about Beta software, per the NDA you agreed to when you signed on to be a beta tester.
If you plan to continue being a beta tester, you need to understand not everything will work. If you wanted to go to the public releases, you didn't follow the proper procedure to enenroll from the Beta and upload the iTunes backup you made before you became a beta tester.
Both of you who are experiencing this are really on your own at this point.

I totally understand this is on me. I have been using ios13 beta for over two months and have experienced and reported many bugs (no response). The reason I posted it here is I would like to know if this is only on me. Now I know the answers is No. If any admin believes the content is improper to be here, please kindly delete it for me. Thanks.
Agreed, it is Beta software. I also reported it through the official app. Like the OP, I was interested if others had experienced the same issue.
Incidentally, restoring back to iOS 13.0 resolved the issue.

I just wanted to clarify so someone who is using public released software will understand there's not an issue with iOS 13 and Live Wallpaper.
The iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max all are perfectly capable to do live wallpaper. They do so beautifully, on iOS 13. The feeling is pretty similar and the animation effect works just as well without 3D Touch.
However, I'm able to confirm the absence of the Live Wallpaper column in iOS 13.1 Beta 4. Here's hoping they come back, tomorrow, with the official 13.1 release.
The 11 does not have 3D Touch so it can't do live pictures.
It does not have 3D Touch but it can do live wallpapers. I could use it two hours ago but after recovering it's gone.
"Live" Wallpapers or Dynamic?
Live. When you touch and hold on the lock screen the picture will move just like 3D Touch. There was three columns "Dynamic" "Still" and "Live" on a new iPhone 11 but now you can only see two.
Sorry, don't have my 11 Pro yet. Since there is no 3D Touch I would think Live would not work. I don't believe it did on the Xr.
I did the same thing on a Pro Max. I set it up “as new” and installed the iOS 13.1 beta profile, then restored from an iOS13.1 backup of my previous device. I no longer have a live wallpaper option.
I guess this will happen to many people who would love to try something new. I am sure we can get our feature live wallpaper back :D

Are you using beta on your phone? I have live wallpapers on my phone and the ONLY people I've seen who don't are beta users.
