I am unable to print photos now. When I tap the share button, the print option is not there.

Where are you selecting the photo for printing? I am seeing the print option far down in the share menu, when I select a photo in the "All Photos" view, but not, when I select it in the "Recents". Try to select the photo in a different view.
i am going to all photos and yes I see the share button. But since the update when I use share only airdrop, messages, mail, notes, reminders, face book and Instagram are displayed. No print option on the banner at the bottom.
I hate iOS 13. It requires too much effort to complete small tasks. There is no print button on options on my I pad it requires an app which is tedious, cumbersome. What has become od apple’s simplicity?

Did you scroll the list of share options up all the way? For, "Print" is close to the bottom of the list. I can only see it, if I scroll up.
when you find print, tap on it and make it a favorite, it will jump to the top.
