iphone se ios 13?

I changed to iOS 13 and can no longer edit photos. When I tap edit, especially if the photo is in landscape mode, the image to work with is just over 1”. It is much too small to see any detail. Do you know of a solution? I’ve searched the internet with no success. Thanks!

Yes, you can update to iOS 13.

Yes you can. Be aware there are a number of changes to how apps are moved around etc. Some I like, some I don't. I'm currently on IOS 13.1.3 With my iPhone SE
