After updating my IPhone XR software and updating my Apple Watch software my Mickey watch face has no sound when I tap the face

On your Watch, Settings > Clock turn on the Speak time.
That is because it was moved to Settings > Clock as noted above.
Have you done a forced restart of your Watch? Checked silent and theater modes?
I restarted the watch multiple times and it finally worked. Wonder if the update had not fully installed because each time I restarted the watch the apple stayed on the screen and looked like it was doing a software update again. Thanks
Go to your Watch and yap on Settings....scroll to CLOCK and turn on Speak Time.
Did you manage to get it to work I have exactly the same problem have been trying for ages still on luck thanks
My speak time was on , It still doesn't work. I also have noticed that in the watch app on my phone , in the sound & haptics , the tap to speak time is missing. In the previous version it was there.
