High Pitched Ringing Noise :)

Hello, I have recently purchased an Apple iPhone XS, and received it last Monday September 9th, 2019. While on video calls, I haven’t had any issues until recently updated to iOS 13, and now a random high pitched noise plays over all of the audio until I hang up and recall back. This doesn’t happen everytime I am in a video call but, it’s annoying to have your Apple EarBuds or Apple AirPods in and a high pitched ringing noise starts blasting in your ears and you can’t turn it down. If this just a software glitch that multiple users are experiencing, can you update us on when it will be fixed?

Try restarting your iPhone and see if this has any impact on the issue:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Back up and restore your iPhone to factory settings. Test see if the issue occurs in this state:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

You can add your iCloud and other accounts back to your device but don’t restore your backup just yet. Use your iPhone as normal for about 24 hours and see if the issue returns. If it doesn’t, restore your backup and test again. This can help isolate the cause of this:
