Payment setup for AppleCare

On August 26, I bought the iPhone XR with the $7.99 AppleCare. I am trying to finish the payment setup, but it says that it couldn't finish the setup because I have a few more steps to do. What are the steps that Im supposed to do to complete the payment setup?

Contact Apple "sales" via telephone

Number can be found at the bottom of each Apple web page (note that these Communities pages are the USA)
