Payment setup for AppleCare

On August 26, I bought the iPhone XR with the $7.99 AppleCare. I am trying to finish the payment setup, but it says that it couldn't finish the setup because I have a few more steps to do. What are the steps that Im supposed to do to complete the payment setup?
