Password recovery

Hi, i backed up and updated my moms iphone 6s after updating, after updating i was asked to enter her apple id and password , she does not remember the password. afterwards i tried to reset the password but she does not recognize the recovery email address because its showing as "We will send instructions to your email address ending in m•••••.com" please help i need to see the recovery email address so that i can reset the password and unlock the account.

If she can't remember her email address : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

she could try contacting Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)


But Support might not be able to help, from Security and your Apple ID : ‘Without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.
