Memoji iOS 13 white box iPhone X

1.) With the white box, are you referring to the background or layout for the Messages app or FaceTime when you use Memoji?

2.) Are you currently on the latest update of the iOS software?

hi, I have the same problem. I updated my iPhone X to 13.1 and the Memoji has a big white box behind it when I send a message. This problem is specific to when using WhatsApp messaging and not on iMessage

I had the same problem, I updated WhatsApp and it resolved. White box has gone :-)

I have the same problem. WhatsApp update and software update are on the latest version.
