Trying to set up iPhone 11 wirelessly using Quick Start and my 6s running iOS13. Proceeded as far as entering my passcode on the 11, but now it is stuck for several hours on the wheely screen saying it may take a few minutes to activate my phone. Should I turn off both devices and start over, or ...?
