I am on ios 13 beta and till now I didn’t get the new ios 13 software update

You are running a BETA iOS version. Uninstall it, and you'll get the final iOS 13 release:--> How to uninstall iOS beta software - Apple Support

I would love to be in your position if you haven’t updated your iPhone to the new 13 iOS I highly recommend not doing it! The new update is absolutely garbage
