I made my iCloud account when I was very young, I would like to create a new one that manages all my devices under a different email address (or my professional iCloud email alias). It seems like none of these are available options.
You cannot turn an email alias (additional address within the account) into an ID or move it to another account. And aas your Apple ID/login is an @icloud.com address you can't change that either.
However I would suggest that things are better as they are - it means that the address you give out to people isn't the same as your login: if it were it would remove one layer of security.

I'm basically forced to use my silly email login at work or professional workplace every time I need to use my iCloud account. On the other hand, you are basically saying if my apple account leaks I'm screwed since I can't change it.
There has to be a way, even if it's contacting support or something.
You can try Support, but I'm sure you'll get the same answer. Nobody should be seeing your login anyway even though it may irritate you. Your only option to get rid of the login is to open an entirely new iCloud account, with all the hassle that entails in moving data, and you wouldn't be able to bring the email alias address over .
