Restriction on Apple Music linking to Amazon Alexa

I am in Singapore, Apple Music cannot be link to Amazon Alexa. Would there be any chance this restriction to be lifted?

Why is Apple Music not an option on the Alexa App? How to I fix it? Trying to link Apple music on my Alexa app. It's not an option. Only have Spotify and AMP as options. (and Amazon Music - but not available in South Africa)
