Is the Apple Watch Series 5 the exact same case and size as the Series 4?

Is the Apple Watch Series 5 the exact same case and size as the Series 4?

I want to purchase a screen protector and a shell case but looks like they don't do them yet for Series 5. So in other words will a Series 4 case fit a Series 5 case perfectly?
