new iPhone 8

My new iPhone 8 won't continue past the small apple icon screen and the loading bar hasn't fully loaded. its been like this for 10 hours

Reboot your phone:

Press and quickly release volume up button

Then press and quickly release volume down button

Then press and keep holding the power button (keep holding past swipe to power off) until you see Apple Logo, then let go
