My payment method is continually declined even though all the information is correct. I've reentered the details but no result. I can't upgrade my storage. Could any of you help?

You have to use the iTunes Store for the country you are currently in, and use a credit (or debit) card issued in that country and registered to an address in that country.

Thank you very much. I had done all those but it still did not work. Therefore, I had to give my husband's credit card account.
