Stuck on activation

So i have me ipad air 2 for very long now and i am the very first owner as it was gifted to me by someone i had ios 13 beta version installed but i tried resetting it so i can plug in my ipad in my car but now i am stucked on activation screen i know all the details i know my first apple id i ever used with my ipad but it always gives an error is there anyway i can only check if i am using correct apple id or not or is there something apple can help me with I can provide all the emails i have used on my ipad as this is my very own device i am still trying to get back to ios 12.x.x to check if that solves the problem but i am very sure that i am give correct details but it fails to verify. One another thing is that can we mail our query to apple directly or i should give them a call? i'll be updating what happens after downgrade to ios 12

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device

If you are still stuck on the Activation Lock, you can try contacting Apple ID Support, but unless you have a copy of the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it, they are unlikely to help.

Normally, Apple will not unlock a device without the original purchase receipt. You can contact them to see if there is anything they can do to help.

I tried every thing but no luck. I have the box with every thing except the receipt as it was gifted to me and its been so long i doubt no one will have a receipt for this long.
