How long has it been stuck? If it's less than an hour it is probably normal.
You have Automatic Updates turned on. The update will be installed overnight when the phone is connected to Wi-Fi and power. If you want to update it immediately turn off Automatic Updates.
You can also cancel this by restarting the phone, then try again.
