My iphone wont update it just keeps saying update requested for the past 3 days

Outlook won't update on my iOS 10. Plenty of storage to begin with, then even more after I went into General>Storage and offloaded some apps.

Pretty frustrating since I've also reset my applid PW during this situation and am not getting any personal or work email routed to my Outlook accounts. No new mail is coming into the account until I upgrade (and I don't mind upgrading) but it won't let me upgrade!

Also tried toggling pw needed for automatic upgrades and that didn't make a diff either.

Get this fixed! Thx!
