Hi all, I have an iPhone XR and yesterday I updated it with iOS 13. I created my memoji but i can send it as stickers only by message. In app as Whatsapp or similar when I send a memoji, it has a white background as an image and not as a stickers. Someone have this problem ans solved it ? Tks.

Then I would suggest comparing settings on the two devices, to see if you find any differences. There has to be something different, maybe a different version of WhatsApp, or something else. Either way, it doesn't hurt to contact WhatsApp support, since so many others are reporting issues. I don't use WhatsApp, so I have nothing else to compare by, but I've also heard there is an issue with Facebook Messenger as well, so worth checking into.
I solved ! I deleted whatsapp and re-installed it. Tks.
Hi Chris, tks for your reply, but another friend with iPhone X send me memoji on whatsapp and is showed well.
I've read a number of threads about Memoji and WhatsApp. Seems there is an issue there, and you would need to contact WhatsApp Support for an answer. WhatsApp is not an Apple product.
