Today my normal emails are now being sent to my junk folder. Friends having same issue. I don’t have 13 installed she does. What’s going on? They are fav and in contacts and still going to junk folder.

You have not provided which email account are you referring to? --> Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

Meanwhile you may also see --> Identify and filter junk mail in iCloud - Apple Support
