Macbook Screen

So, I was changing the case to my macbook when a piece of it broke off and fell i. between the screen and the keyboard. my macbook closed, which cause the plastic piece to crack my screen. is it possible for apple to replace it if i bring it in? how much will it cost and how long will it take?
