Apple Watch Red Exclamation Point

My watch recently updated overnight and when I woke up the next morning this red exclamation point with the Apple help website popped up. I went to the website it said and the website told me to do a hard reboot. When I did the hard reboot, the Apple logo would pop up for a few seconds and then go away. Then the red exclamation point would pop up again. I’ve tried this process a few times and nothing has worked.
