upgrade ram

I have a MacBook Pro 15", mid-2014. I desperately need both more hard drive capacity and more RAM, too, as I've been doing a lot of audio, video, and graphics work, and the laptop is constantly freezing up as well as telling me the hard drive is nearly full (and I constantly move things over to the cloud to free up hard drive space).

Is it possible to upgrade those without replacing the whole laptop? Sure would love to keep this laptop for a while longer if at all possible. Thanks!
