Music downloads
I have music I ave purchased that say it is downloaded but does not show in my itunes music folder on my hard drive.
How can I get these songs downloaded?

If you have downloaded it from somewhere other than the iTunes Store, you need to add it to your iTunes Library as a separate step.
If you tried downloading the music and saw a message telling you that it was already downloaded, then presumably, it is. When downloading, you should be able to see which folder the download has gone into on your computer. Check that folder to confirm the download is there. If it is in a "zip folder", you need to unzip the folder first.
Once downloaded and unzipped, use iTunes to click on File/Add Folder to Library, navigate to that folder and add it. That should be all that's needed.
If you are still having problems, let us know how far you did get and and which point you get stuck. Provide some detail. Saying "it didn't work" won't be good enough.
