I'm having problem updating to iOS 13 using iTunes(win10). downloaded the file and when I try to restore iTunes said "you need to use the latest version of iTunes to restore an iPhone" or something like that. in fact, currently using version 12.10 of iTunes. appreciate any feedback

do as instructed. Update to the lastest iTunes version, then try to update to iOS 13.

See If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. If you're trying to update using iTunes try over the air instead, or vice versa.

hi!
yes followed that instructions but still no luck on updating the OS. the pop up message still appears even though already using the latest version of iTunes.
iOS 13 is not available for the iPod Touch until 24th September.
can't update to iOS 13
