Iphone X - Error import photo to Pc Windows

verify in:

IOS13.0

IOS12.4

Windows 10

When the window show me, “import photos from Device” after few second, the window show me a error “Device not reachable”

so i’ve try to import manually in folder DCIM, but i can take ONLY file .JPG.

the files .MOV are not available, when i try to take the them, window show me error again

PS:

i’ve try to import with 2 iphone X and one XR
With MAC OS the problem there isn’t, you can import the photo and video without problems

Hello Moonj,

Thanks for your help but I’ve already reed the article, so the information is useless.

Also ICloud, i tried to import 70gb of photos and Videos but, the upgrade is more slowly... and it fail when arrived at 67.3gb ( I don’t now why)

however the problem is on the import of file .MOV, files video

I contact Apple for support, but nothing the problem is still there.

also with upgrade 13.1
