Whenever you update your device (wirelessly or via Itunes in a computer, as per below support guide) you get the most recent version supported by your iphone model:--> Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
So, if you have a model SE, 6s, 6s+ or later, you'll get iOS 13.
5s, 6, 6+ models will get iOS 12.4.1
5, 5c will get 10.3.4
4s will get 9.3.6
4 will get 7.1.2
