I have dropped my iphone the screen is not cracked but the entire screen will come off where I can see the inside of it. I put it back on but now the touch screen will not work at all.

Some internal connections could have been involved.
I would take it to an Apple Store or AASP and have your device checked:--> Apple – Location Selector

Your device has major damage and you should have Apple look at it and offer some solution.
I would just ask them to recycle the broken phone and shop for a new one.
