My iPad Pro 12.9 (2019) doesn’t have the option to upgrade to iOS 13

I have already upgraded my phone to iOS 13. Looked for software updates for my 2019 iPad Pro 12.9 and it shows I have iOS 12.4.1 and does not have an option to upgrade. Says my software is up to date. I’ve tried the typical turn it off then back on and still says the same thing. How do I update if it doesn’t show it?

After calling support I have been informed that the new os is not yet released for ipads yet, ipad os is coming sept 24, 2019.

I have an ipad mini (5th gen) and I have the same issue. I rebooted the device twice and signed out/in to icloud. Still no ios 13 available.
