I can’t move my apps because they keep freezing!! It’s so disturbing. And sometimes I can’t even click on the home button to go back to normal. Please help!!! Please fix this bug and tell me someone else has this problem??

Why apps easily froze on i-phone 12? I have had to restart my new i-phone multiple times because apps are stuck (text, Fitbit, etc..). Is this normal?

Oh I forgot to say that this problem occurred right after I downloaded iOS 13
